FBI Reveals 13-Year-Old Girl Accuses Trump of Sexual Abuse

Felixnews.com – The United States Department of Justice (DOJ) has published three Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) memos containing summaries of interviews related to unverified allegations of sexual assault against US President Donald Trump.

These documents were not previously included in the large collection of Jeffrey Epstein case files that had been released earlier. CNN’s analysis found dozens of witness interview records that were not included in the online archive of Jeffrey Epstein’s investigation evidence.

These records are known as “302 memos,” which are documents summarizing witness statements to FBI agents. The memos only contain the witness’s statements and do not include other supporting information or the opinions of the investigating agents.

Among the previously unpublished documents are three interview memos with a woman who claims to have been physically and sexually abused by Epstein since she was about 13 years old.

In the interview, the woman also accused Trump of sexually assaulting her. Trump has consistently denied any involvement or actions related to Epstein.

In a statement on Thursday (March 5, 2026), White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt called the claims in the FBI interview baseless.

“These allegations are completely baseless and unsupported by any credible evidence,” Leavitt said.

She also questioned the credibility of the whistleblower, whose identity is redacted in the document, citing his criminal record.

Leavitt also stated that the Justice Department under President Joe Biden had been aware of the allegations for four years but took no action. “That suggests they knew President Trump had done nothing wrong,” she said.

FBI agents reportedly conducted four interviews with the woman. However, only one interview memo from July 2019 was previously available in a Justice Department database published earlier this year.

In that interview, the woman alleges repeated abuse by Epstein while she was a minor in South Carolina, without naming Trump.

The three newly released memos cover additional interviews conducted in August and October 2019.

In the second interview, the woman alleges additional abuse by Epstein and several associates. She said Epstein took her to New York or New Jersey when she was between 13 and 15 years old and took her to a high-rise building.

At that location, Epstein reportedly introduced her to Trump. According to the woman, Trump then asked others to leave the room where they were meeting.

The memo states that the woman claimed she was forced to perform sexual acts. She also claimed to have bitten Trump, who then hit her and ordered her to be taken out of the room.

In the same interview, the woman also claimed to have overheard conversations between Trump and Epstein regarding alleged extortion of several individuals and discussions about money laundering through casinos.

In a third interview, approximately three weeks later, the woman said she received a threatening phone call that she believed was related to Epstein or Trump. She also claimed she nearly had an accident on the road after allegedly being deliberately blocked by another vehicle.

In a fourth interview, conducted approximately two months later, the woman was not accompanied by a lawyer, unlike the previous meeting. She stated that she felt uncomfortable being recorded and questioned the value of proceeding with the report because the statute of limitations had likely passed.

The memo states that the FBI agent then advised the woman to go home and reconsider whether she wanted to continue communicating with investigators.
